Real Estate:  A significant portion of our practice is real estate closings and real estate transactions, both residential and commercial.  Unlike many small law offices where real estate matters are just an incidental part of the practice, about half of my practice deals with real estate.  This includes real estate purchases, sales and refinances.  I also represent multiple mortgage lenders as their closing attorney.

Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts and Probate:  A well thought out and executed estate plan is essential for all of my clients.  For some, a simple will is sufficient.  For others, a will coupled with a trust better suits their needs, while for others still, a full blown estate plan is necessary to protect their assets.  With a full-time C.P.A. on the premises, all your estate planning questions can be answered and properly resolved.

Incorporations and Business Matters:  Whether it's just a matter of filing for a corporation, or negotiating a full-blown franchise agreement, you will always receive my prompt and courteous attention, as well as that of my staff.
